Order Processing Time

Order with stock will take 1-2 weeks to proceed for delivery.

Cutom-order or order without with stock will take 4-6 weeks to proceed for delivery.

Shipping Fee

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.

Local Shipping Free : HKD250 per order for goods equal to or less than 30kg, HKD500 for goods over 30kg ; A surcharge will be applied and to be received on arrival for Islands and distant parking areas. The charge is also applicable for when delivery with staircases, slopes, narrow passages and some obstacles, etc.

 If the customer cancels or changes the delivery date within 48 hours before delivery, we will charge a handling fee for HK$250 and up.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer's reasons (such as“no one there”, refusal to pay the handling fee etc.), an additional handling fee will be applied.
