Refund policy
We do not refund nor replace with new products, except for below conditions (no return for refund service for custom-made furniture):
- Serious quality issue of the item which is irreversible.
- Customer should send email to makeahomehk@gmail.com within 1 week of arrival with pictures of the fault, and we will contact you for details
- Item which was self-picked up, must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Return Process
We aim to proceed your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
Refund Process
As soon as your return has been received, you will receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
